Every shop on the platform, what they pay, what they use, and what is wrong. Nothing on this screen writes to a customer's records — to change something, open a support session, which they are told about.

Your account

Your console sign-in and your authenticator. These controls change your account and there is no way to reach anybody else's from here — another operator's credentials are reset from the database with npm run platform:admin.

Password

Changing it signs out every other console session — your other browser, the laptop at home, anything left open. This tab stays signed in.

Authenticator

Rotate the secret when the phone changes hands, is replaced, or you are not certain who has seen the QR code. You do NOT need a code from the old authenticator — which is the point, because the usual reason to do this is that it is gone.
